Terri Gorgone's expertise is in research, candidate identification, candidate development, interviewing, reference checking, degree verification, offer negotiation, overall search strategy, industry analysis and competitive intelligence.
Her industry expertise is primarily in the Industrial, Biotech, Financial Services, and Information Technology Sectors. She has a broad array of functional expertise including human resources, sales, marketing, business development and strategy, finance (CFO, treasurer and controller), operations (manufacturing, R&D, engineering, logistics and supply chain), and general management roles (CEO, COO and president).Earlier in her career, Ms. Gorgone founded Entrepreneurial Search Solutions as well as serving as a Senior Associate with Heidrick & Struggles for nearly ten years. She began her career in search in 1989 as the Practice Group Coordinator for the Information Technology Practice with another major firm. Her functional experience was gained in a variety of sales and marketing roles with a high-tech company.
Ms. Gorgone earned her M.S. in Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College.
