Serra Otun is Senior Associate and Director, Executive Services at Leadership Capital Advisors. Her expertise is in research, candidate identification, candidate development, evaluation, assessing client needs and building relationships with clients and candidates.
Prior to joining Leadership Capital Advisors, Serra spent four years at Korn/Ferry International in Atlanta and Chicago and was responsible for candidate development and support. Serra also has extensive global experience working for McKinsey & Company in Istanbul, Turkey, and then later in Atlanta, GA. Serra managed the training and staffing needs of McKinsey consultants in Istanbul by helping them find the projects that best fit their needs.
Serra is passionate about executive recruitment. She enjoys the challenges & rewards of helping clients achieve their business success and candidates realize their career ambitions.
Serra holds a degree in Business and Finance from University of Massachusetts. Serra and her husband make their home in Chicago, Illinois.
