Robbie Leaver is a leading search industry entrepreneur and executive recruiter. She joined Leadership Capital Advisors from Tricom Group, an executive search firm she co-founded and was instrumental in growing to a successful, multi-million dollar recruiting business. Ms. Leaver’s search experience includes assignments in the industrial and consumer markets, as well as in the sales, marketing, business development, finance and operations functional areas. She has built-out organizations and staffed departments for companies ranging from early stage start up to Fortune 500.
A sample of Ms. Leaver’s clients include Accenture, Barrday, Austin Ventures, IBM, Nokia Venture Partners, MD Anderson, Owens Corning, Scotia Wattrus, Waste Management.
Ms. Leaver entered the executive search field after serving in a number of operational positions at Enron Corporation.
Ms. Leaver is very active in community affairs. Currently she serves as a Docent at The Houston Zoo. She remains very involved with the Leadership Texas Alumni Association and her Class of 1988.
